These prices are just for the commission fee (this fee is for both of us so what you see is the total commission fee),PLEASE NOTE: THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE FURNITUREFor the furniture we can make you a list of things for you to craft as our alts will not be able to craft anything or if you wish to give us money to buy things off the market board that method works as well (the market board method is the fastest method if you are looking solely for completion time)
Small house commission = 20million gil
Medium house commission = 25million gil
